The Opportunity
As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you’ll own end-to-end product development across frontend, backend, and AI-powered services. You’ll bring technical leadership from day one: shaping architecture, establishing best practices, and mentoring team members as we grow.
This role is ideal for engineers with 10+ years of experience who thrive in fast-paced environments and want to build foundational systems at a mission-driven startup.
What You’ll Do
- Own and architect features from UI to backend services
- Lead design and implementation of AI/LLM-powered functionality
- Drive technical decisions on system design, tooling, and infrastructure
- Improve performance, reliability, and developer experience
- Mentor engineers and shape engineering culture
What You’ll Bring
- 10+ years of software engineering experience
- Backend: Node.js (TypeScript) and/or Python (FastAPI, async)
- Frontend: React, TypeScript
- Databases: MongoDB and SQL (Redis a plus)
- System design and architecture experience
- Experience with agile methodologies and fast iteration cycles
- Strong ownership mindset and communication skills

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $150K–$190K based on experience
