Description of the offer

Role Overview

  1. Lead enterprise customer deployments and drive adoption of client’s IoT solutions across fleet and industrial operations.
  2. Own the customer relationship post-sale, ensuring smooth deployment, training, and long-term success.
  3. Work cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product.
  4. Remote role (US-based, except Alaska, Austin Metro, Boulder Metro, California, Chicago Metro, Connecticut, Dallas Metro, Denver Metro, Houston Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Seattle Metro, and Washington, D.C.);
  5. Requires up to 25% travel in Canada and US Eastern Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage end-to-end deployment of client’s technology for large enterprise customers.
  2. Build launch plans and roadmaps that accelerate time-to-value and increase product adoption.
  3. Track implementation progress, usage, adoption metrics, and account health.
  4. Deliver customer training sessions and product demonstrations to executives and day-to-day users.
  5. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve deployment challenges across diverse customer environments.
  6. Run multiple implementations in parallel, ensuring consistent high-quality delivery.
  7. Develop deep expertise in the client’s platform and communicate capabilities clearly to all user levels.
  8. Build strong, trust-based relationships with customer stakeholders and internal teams.

Minimum Qualifications

  1. 4+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Consulting (Enterprise SaaS preferred).
  2. Strong experience with technical products and system implementations.
  3. Excellent communication, consultative, and stakeholder-management skills.
  4. Proven ability to prioritize, manage ambiguity, and operate under pressure.
  5. Strong problem-solving and project management capability.
  6. High emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills.
  7. Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience serving large, complex B2B SaaS customers.
  2. Strong bias for action with ability to think big and maintain high standards.
