Role Overview
- Lead enterprise customer deployments and drive adoption of client’s IoT solutions across fleet and industrial operations.
- Own the customer relationship post-sale, ensuring smooth deployment, training, and long-term success.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product.
- Remote role (US-based, except Alaska, Austin Metro, Boulder Metro, California, Chicago Metro, Connecticut, Dallas Metro, Denver Metro, Houston Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Seattle Metro, and Washington, D.C.);
- Requires up to 25% travel in Canada and US Eastern Time Zone.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end deployment of client’s technology for large enterprise customers.
- Build launch plans and roadmaps that accelerate time-to-value and increase product adoption.
- Track implementation progress, usage, adoption metrics, and account health.
- Deliver customer training sessions and product demonstrations to executives and day-to-day users.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve deployment challenges across diverse customer environments.
- Run multiple implementations in parallel, ensuring consistent high-quality delivery.
- Develop deep expertise in the client’s platform and communicate capabilities clearly to all user levels.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with customer stakeholders and internal teams.
Minimum Qualifications
- 4+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Consulting (Enterprise SaaS preferred).
- Strong experience with technical products and system implementations.
- Excellent communication, consultative, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Proven ability to prioritize, manage ambiguity, and operate under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and project management capability.
- High emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience serving large, complex B2B SaaS customers.
- Strong bias for action with ability to think big and maintain high standards.
