We are searching for a quota-carrying Account Executive to join our dynamic company. If you’re passionate about leveraging technology in the manufacturing vertical, have a solid experience in B2B SaaS sales and are ambitious, we want to hear from you. A serious opportunity to serve Industrial Companies and make a lot of money with high incentives and accelerators.
You will be responsible for running the full sales cycle, from creating demand to closing deals. You will play a crucial role in scaling revenue in the USA (midwest).
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities:
- Own the Full Sales Cycle: Prospect, engage, negotiate, and close deals with mid and large sized Industrial OEMs North America (Primarily Midwest).
- Create Demand & Secure Budgets: Many prospects do not have pre-allocated budgets; you will need to educate and sell the business case to justify investment.
- Pipeline Building & Lead Generation:
- Cold prospecting through outbound efforts.
- Attending industrial tradeshows to network and generate leads.
- Engaging with partners (AWS, Autodesk, analysts, consulting firms) to drive co-selling opportunities.
- Collaborating with marketing & business development teams for lead nurturing.
- Revenue Growth & Sales Execution:
- Build and maintain a monthly sales pipeline to meet revenue targets.
- Accurately track leads, opportunities, and pipeline progress in Zoho CRM (daily updates required).
- Work closely with founders to refine sales strategy and close high-value deals.
- Enterprise Sales & Consultative Selling:
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles but focused on acceleration..
- Sell into Industrial Machinery, Commercial Machinery, Make-to-Order Manufacturer of high value equipments
- Articulate the ROI of our AI-driven solutions to decision-makers.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in high-ticket B2B SaaS sales, preferably in Industrial Machinery, IIoT, or Manufacturing SaaS.
- Proven success carrying a quota of $1M+ ARR and closing long-cycle enterprise deals.
- Existing relationship and network within Industrial and Machinery manufacturers Industry
- Experience selling ERP, PIM, PLM, or similar industrial software solutions.
- Strong background in outbound sales, cold prospecting, and demand creation.
- Familiarity with enterprise buying processes (budget approvals, procurement, C-suite negotiations) with professional training in a Sales methodology
- Experience working with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment.
