Email & Visual Designer (Remote, LatAm)

We’re Modular — a lifecycle and CRM marketing agency working with fast-moving brands across the U.S. We’re looking for a top-tier Email & Visual Designer based in Latin America to join our fully remote team. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented, proactive designer who’s fluent in both Figma and English, and who’s excited to work with high-performing marketers and developers.

What You’ll Do

• Design responsive, on-brand email campaigns and templates (core of the role)
• Build reusable component systems in Figma that scale
• Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect execution in HTML/CSS
• Assist in design for case studies, marketing materials, product UI, t-shirts, posters, websites, and more
• Support our internal design standards, asset libraries, and process improvements
• Use AI tools to speed up asset creation, ideation, or layout variations

   

You’re a Fit If You

• Are highly proficient in Figma, including components and variants
• Have a strong portfolio showcasing email work + general visual design
• Know how design translates into code (especially email HTML constraints)
• Communicate clearly and fluently in English (B2+), both in writing and on calls
• Have experience in ecommerce tools including Klaviyo
• Embrace AI and automation in your creative process
• Thrive with autonomy and know how to self-manage
• Like collaborating cross-functionally with developers, strategists, and marketers
• Think strategically about design’s role in driving business results
