Direct response advertising specialist

About Us:
At Peak Saunas, we’re redefining wellness with our premium infrared saunas. We’re looking for a talented Direct Response Advertising Specialist to join our team and help us scale our marketing efforts.

Role Overview:
As our Direct Response Advertising Specialist, you’ll be responsible for creating high-converting ad creatives for our DTC e-commerce brand. This includes producing statics and videos, repurposing internal content for ads and social media, and ensuring our creative output aligns with our brand’s voice and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and produce a high volume of high quality ad creatives (up to 150 ads per month), focusing on customer personas and proven conversion strategies.
• Oversee and enhance our organic content strategy, including social media management and blog content creation with a focus on SEO and LLMs.
• Collaborate with influencers and utilize user-generated content to create compelling ads.
• Regularly update and design the hero section of our website to align with ongoing promotions and sales.
• Assist with designing product photos and other graphic design needs as they arise.
• Utilize data and analytics platforms like Motion to analyze ad performance and refine strategies for new demographics and ad angles.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in creating direct response ad creatives for e-commerce, particularly DTC brands.
• Proven track record of producing ads that convert and drive sales.
• Experience with SEO and content creation for blogs and social media.
• Strong understanding of customer personas, A/B testing, and performance analytics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with tools like Motion, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design and analytics platforms is a plus.
