Description of the offer
We’re a B2B MarTech company building tools that sit at the intersection of marketing automation, AI, and data infrastructure. The founding team has been in this space as operators, not observers. We know the problems because we’ve lived them, and now we’re building the future for marketers. You’ll be our first engineering hire. That means there’s no legacy codebase to untangle, no layers of process to navigate, and no one to hand things off to. You’ll work directly with the founders, ship real product, and have an outsized impact on what we build and how we build it.

The Role
This is a true hands-on execution role—not a coordinator, not a planner, and not a slide-builder.
You’ll work directly with our Director of Digital Marketing and core strategists to execute, analyze, and optimize digital campaigns across various paid channels for agency clients. There is no “handoff” layer here. You will be implementing real strategies and getting deep exposure to cutting-edge performance marketing in practice, including traditional SEO and next-generation GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
This role is designed as a launchpad. If you’re sharp, curious, and willing to learn fast, you’ll quickly grow your skillset and your resume.
On any given week, you might be doing:
- Campaign Execution: Build and QA paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and emerging OpenAI platforms.
- Data & Analytics: Pull performance data, validate tracking, maintain reports, and analyze key funnel metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR).
- Optimization: Support A/B tests across ads, landing pages, and offers; assist with keyword research, creative testing, and SEO/GEO strategies.
- Client & Strategy: Conduct competitive analysis, participate in weekly client video meetings, and sit in on core strategy discussions to learn how high-level decisions are made.

- Prior agency experience or exposure to fast-paced environments.
