Join Our Team As: Full-Cycle Account Executive
We’re currently looking for a Full-Cycle Account Executive to join our Sales team. The Seeds Sales Team is responsible for developing and executing our sales strategy to drive business growth. As a key member of our team you will be responsible for sourcing and taking ownership of new business opportunities and guiding advisors through their evaluation of Seeds. You’ll play a pivotal role in our sales process, partnering with various internal teams to identify the right firms, navigate complex decision-making, and deliver value from day one.

- Prospect and generate new leads via outbound efforts (email, calls, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Qualify and nurture leads from inbound and SDR/BDR sources
- Run discovery calls, demos, and customized walkthroughs of the Seeds platform
- Own the full sales cycle from first touch to signed contract, meeting or exceeding revenue goals
- Engage with and sell to RIA firm owners in the $50–200M AUM range
- Use HubSpot CRM to manage your pipeline and forecast accurately
- Collaborate with internal and contract resources to close high-potential deals
- Provide feedback to help refine our sales motion, product, ICP, and messaging
- Work with Sales leadership to refine positioning, pricing, and process
- Project work as assigned.
- Light travel to team events and conferences
Successful Candidates Will Have
- 3+ years of sales experience in fintech, SaaS, or wealth management
- Strong understanding of the RIA space, advisor workflows, and the wealth management ecosystem
- Empathetic communicator and active listener; able to build trust quickly with prospects
- Organized and thoughtful in how you run your day, pipeline, and process
- Confident demoing software and guiding strategic conversations
- Experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM) preferred
- Passion for the intersection of technology, investing, and values
