Job Title: Content Project Manager II
Location: Remote (EST)
Duration: 9-moths Contract | Up to 25 hours/week
Pay Rate: $40–45/hr.
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Content Project Manager to support the Customer Experience Marketing team by transforming complex information into clear, user-friendly content. This role focuses on developing and maintaining onboarding materials, training resources, how-to guides, videos, presentations, and microsite updates that improve the customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage the creation, production, and maintenance of customer-facing and internal support content
- Simplify complex workflows and technical information into clear, accessible materials
- Coordinate content projects through Asana and collaborate across Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Research teams
- Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and timely updates
- Support publishing workflows alongside content specialists
- Monitor customer experience survey feedback and route insights to appropriate teams for follow-up
Qualifications
- Experience in content management, technical writing, or project management
- Strong writing, editing, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Experience simplifying large or technical content into digestible formats
- Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Office, Asana, and SharePoint
- Preferred background in EdTech, SaaS, or K-12 environments
- Bonus: LMS platform or accessibility compliance experience
