We are building an AI-driven platform to transform mental health practice operations, from intelligent clinical note-taking to automated workflows that give therapists more time for care. This is a full co-founder role with a significant equity stake for someone ready to commit full-time, move at startup speed, and take the product from zero to one.

Who Should Apply

- Have 5+ years of proven experience shipping production AI/ML products, ideally in NLP, LLM integration, and applied generative AI.

- Able to commit full-time from the start — this is not a side project or part-time consulting role.

Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end technical strategy, architecture, and product development.
- Build and deploy the MVP within 30–60 days.
- Integrate AI/ML models (LLMs, NLP, speech-to-text) into a functional, scalable platform.
- Make rapid, pragmatic technical decisions that get us to market fast while laying a foundation for scale.
- Partner with the founder on product vision, roadmap, and company strategy.
- Recruit and mentor the engineering team as the company grows.

Compensation
- Equity: 4%–8%, vesting over 4 years with a 1-year cliff, plus acceleration on exit. Equity level depends on experience, proven impact, and full-time commitment.
- Salary: $85,000–$108,000/year in the first stage, with the expectation of an increase after funding.
- Higher equity or salary possible for an exceptional fit with a track record of world-class execution.
