About the Role

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive Brand Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in strengthening brand presence, executing campaigns, and maintaining brand consistency across digital channels. This remote role is ideal for someone passionate about branding, content, social media, and marketing operations.

The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and eager to contribute to brand growth through creative execution and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing brand marketing campaigns across digital and social channels
  • Support content creation for email marketing, blogs, social media, and promotional materials
  • Ensure brand consistency in messaging, visuals, and communications
  • Coordinate with internal teams, designers, and external vendors for campaign execution
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify branding opportunities and trends
  • Monitor social media engagement and assist with community management
  • Track campaign performance and prepare reports on KPIs and brand metrics
  • Help manage marketing calendars, project timelines, and brand assets
  • Support influencer, partnership, and promotional initiatives when applicable

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • 1+ years of experience in marketing, branding, social media, or a related role (internships accepted)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing best practices
  • Experience with tools such as Canva, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or project management platforms
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot)
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or social media insights
  • Experience supporting brand campaigns or product marketing initiatives
