Our Five-Step Technical Interview Process
We value quality and ensure only the strongest engineers are placed with our clients. Every candidate goes through a rigorous five-step technical interview process:
- Initial Screening Call – Introduction to Aurora Engineering, role alignment, and experience review.
- Technical Fundamentals Assessment – Evaluation of core programming skills (C/C++/Ada/Rust, embedded systems knowledge).
- Domain-Specific Challenge – Industry-focused test (e.g., avionics safety-critical standards, automotive AUTOSAR, railway protocols).
- System Design & Problem-Solving Interview – Scenario-based architecture and debugging challenges.
- Final Aurora Panel Interview – Discussion with senior engineers and leadership, covering technical depth, communication skills, and cultural fit.
Candidates who successfully complete this process are guaranteed exclusive contract placements with major companies within three weeks.
