We are the creators behind AdalFlow, the PyTorch-like library to build and auto-optimize LM workflows, from Chatbots to RAG to Agents. Our mission is to create agentic systems that upskill software engineers into AI/ML engineers in the AI-first engineering era. We operate as a small, highly motivated team focused on engineering excellence, where initiative and delivering results are rewarded.
Having recently raised a significant seed round, we are looking to hire our first few critical hires and founding engineers who are excited to join our team and who are eager to take ownership, move fast, and help define both our technology and our culture.

What You’ll Do

• Build intuitive, high‑performance interfaces between users and AI agents.
• Translate complex AI processes into clean, accessible, and responsive designs.
• Rapidly iterate on UI/UX based on user feedback while maintaining high code quality.
• Partner with backend and AI research engineers to define and implement seamless API integrations.
• Create user-centric dashboards for workflow orchestration, monitoring, and optimization.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks (React).
• Deep understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience integrating RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
• Have ui/ux design expertise is a plus
• Passion for great design and the ability to turn complex workflows into simple, beautiful interfaces.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high‑ownership startup environment.

Location:
Our current employees who are based in the San Francisco Bay Area work out of SylphAI’s sunny San Francisco office five days a week, emphasizing in‑person collaboration and team building. We provide lunch and dinner to support our team’s productivity and culture.

Salary and Equity:
Salary: $100k – $150k USD (dependent on experience)
Equity: 0.3% – 1%
