About the Opportunity
We are a leading organization in the healthcare industry, and we are looking for a Web Experience Strategy Manager to help shape and optimize digital experiences across our web ecosystem. This role will be instrumental in driving website strategy, improving customer journeys, increasing engagement, and supporting key digital roadmap initiatives.
The ideal candidate combines expertise in digital strategy, web optimization, analytics, user experience, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver meaningful improvements in website performance and conversion.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze user behavior, navigation patterns, and customer journeys to identify opportunities for improving website performance and engagement.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and gather business requirements to inform web strategy, UX enhancements, and content initiatives.
- Develop strategic recommendations for website search functionality to improve discoverability, engagement, and conversion.
- Perform competitive and market research to identify best practices, trends, and opportunities for differentiation.
- Leverage qualitative and quantitative insights to optimize audience engagement, user flows, and overall digital experiences.
- Align website strategy with broader digital marketing efforts, including SEO and integrated media channels.
- Partner with UX, content, product, analytics, and marketing teams to execute digital roadmap initiatives.
- Support landing page strategy and execution to ensure seamless user experiences and measurable business outcomes.
- Create presentations and strategic materials to communicate recommendations and secure stakeholder alignment.
- Monitor performance metrics and collaborate with analytics teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in web strategy, website management, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience creating and optimizing digital experiences that improve engagement and conversion metrics.
- Hands-on experience with web analytics and behavioral analysis platforms such as Google Analytics, Heap, or similar tools.
- Strong background in stakeholder management, research, competitive analysis, and strategic planning.
- Knowledge of customer journey optimization, audience insights, data-driven decision-making, and digital privacy considerations.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple teams and influence stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Analytics, Communications, or a related field.
