Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Web Content Writer who can do more than create compelling copy. This role requires a strategic thinker who understands how content, page structure, user journeys, and calls-to-action work together to drive engagement and conversion.
The ideal candidate is equally skilled in writing and web strategy, with experience creating high-performing B2B web content while collaborating closely with UX, SEO/AEO, web, marketing, and cross-functional teams to improve digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Write, edit, and optimize web copy for landing pages, product pages, campaign pages, and other high-visibility website content.
- Develop messaging and content that aligns with audience needs, business objectives, and user journeys.
- Recommend and structure page layouts, including content hierarchy, headlines, section flow, supporting copy, and calls-to-action.
- Collaborate with UX, web, SEO/AEO, marketing, and internal stakeholders to create effective web experiences.
- Ensure content follows web best practices for readability, scanability, user engagement, and search visibility.
- Utilize performance insights and analytics to improve copy effectiveness, page structure, and conversion rates.
- Participate in content reviews and revisions while incorporating stakeholder feedback and maintaining content quality.
- Balance brand voice requirements with business goals and user experience considerations.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience writing clear, concise, action-oriented web copy.
- Solid understanding of user journeys, page hierarchy, navigation, and conversion-focused content.
- Ability to recommend content structure, layout improvements, and information flow strategies.
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, web, design, and UX teams.
- Strong editorial skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and feedback cycles in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience creating B2B website content and digital experiences.
