Senior Web Producer

Remote (Pacific Time Preferred)

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Senior Web Producer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering high-quality web experiences at scale, with strong QA expertise and the ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholder groups and enterprise platforms.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Edge Delivery Services (EDS), Jira, Asana, Adobe Analytics, and experimentation platforms in a fast-paced marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Web Production & Authoring

• Build, update, and maintain marketing pages, landing pages, campaign experiences, and resource hubs using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Collaborate with Web Development, UX, and Creative teams to implement new components and page layouts.
• Ensure all pages meet brand, accessibility, design system, and performance standards.

Project & Stakeholder Management

• Partner closely with the Web Project Manager to manage projects from intake through launch.
• Provide production estimates, timelines, and technical guidance for web execution.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings with SEO, Web Performance, Marketing Operations, Campaigns, and Regional Marketing teams.
• Translate Jira tickets, Asana tasks, and project briefs into clear production requirements.

Web QA Ownership

• Lead QA efforts for staging and production environments.
• Execute cross-browser, cross-device, regression, tracking, and functional testing.
• Develop and maintain QA checklists and best practices to ensure high-quality launches.

Experimentation, CRO & Personalization

• Support A/B testing, multivariate testing, and personalization initiatives.
• Collaborate with SEO and Web Performance teams to optimize user journeys and conversion performance.
• Ensure proper implementation, tagging, and QA validation before deployment.

Forms, Tracking & Compliance

• Configure and QA Marketo/SFDC-integrated forms.
• Validate analytics events, marketing pixels, cookies, and privacy compliance implementations.

Accessibility & Performance

• Apply accessibility best practices including semantic structure, alt text, contrast, keyboard navigation, and focus states.
• Work alongside Web Development teams to improve page speed and Core Web Vitals performance.

Localization & Global Web Support

• Coordinate localized web experiences with regional stakeholders and localization teams.
• Ensure source content is optimized for translation workflows and regional deployment.

Process Improvement

• Contribute to documentation, SOPs, QA playbooks, and operational workflows.
• Recommend automation opportunities and process enhancements to improve efficiency and scalability.

Required Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience in web production or content management for B2B or B2C websites.
• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Edge Delivery Services (EDS) or similar enterprise CMS platforms.
• Advanced web QA and testing experience across browsers and devices.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end web standards.
• Experience collaborating with SEO, Analytics, and Marketing Operations teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe Analytics, experimentation platforms, and web performance tools.
• Familiarity with Jira, Asana, and enterprise marketing workflows.
• Experience supporting global and localized websites (EMEA, APAC, Japan, etc.).
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility guidelines and implementation best practices.

Candidates may work remotely but should be available during Pacific Time business hours (examples: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM PT or 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM PT).
