About the Role: We are looking for a highly organized, technically curious, and AI-savvy Digital Marketing Delivery Coordinator to support the delivery of digital marketing campaigns across multiple clients and projects. This role is ideal for someone who understands SEO and Google Ads, thrives in an agency-style environment, and actively uses modern AI tools and automation to improve efficiency and results.

Responsibilities:

  • Strive to maintain client satisfaction by delivering high-quality work within defined timelines.
  • Coordinate the delivery of various digital marketing services, including:
  • Search Engine Optimization (AISEO)
  • Website development & updates
  • PPC campaigns (Google Ads / Facebook Ads)
  • Organize delivery through external vendors as well as internal processes, tools, and systems.
  • Provide accurate reporting and analytical data when required.
  • Deliver projects based on defined KPIs and quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot delivery issues in a professional, creative, and timely manner.
  • Operate within a project management system (ClickUp preferred) to ensure organization and efficiency.
  • Effectively manage priorities across multiple projects and timelines.
  • Participate in regular team check-ins to report progress and highlight any issues.
  • Set appropriate timelines for deliverables and ensure stakeholders are informed of any delays.
  • Drive projects forward and escalate obstacles that require management’s attention.
  • Stay up to date with evolving digital marketing tools, including AI-driven solutions that improve workflows and campaign performance.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (must not be a third or fourth language).

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of AISEO best practices, including on-page optimization, Topical authority, and AI-driven search trends (AI Overviews, LLMs).
  • Strong content writing skills – experience writing web content, ad copy, and SEO-driven articles is a plus.
  • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.) is preferred.
  • Google Ad certification is a must.
  • Proven ability to solve problems, overcome obstacles, and display critical thinking skills.
  • Experience with Click Up or other project management tools is preferred.
  • Highly organized with effective systems and tools in place.
  • Demonstrates persistence, strives to improve skills, and achieves goals in all facets of their role.

Preferred Skills:

  • Request: Please share examples of SEO projects you’ve worked on, including the types of strategies you implemented (e.g., on-page, off-page, technical SEO, etc.). If possible, provide case studies or results that demonstrate your impact, such as improvements in traffic or rankings. Links to websites where you applied SEO or detailed reports would be helpful.

Pay range and compensation package: $35000 – $45000
