Our mission is to bridge traditional Islamic finance with blockchain innovation, driving adoption in a market projected to see explosive growth in Islamic fintech and RWA tokenization.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Digital Marketing Specialist who will be instrumental in building awareness, trust, and community around Regulated and Shariah-compliant RWA digital shares. You will develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies focused on ethical/Islamic audiences, manage high-engagement social media campaigns, analyze performance across platforms, and optimize initiatives to drive user acquisition, community growth, and platform adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management & Community Building: Own end-to-end social media strategy across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook. Create culturally resonant content (e.g., explainer videos on fractional ownership, testimonials from ethical investors, event-driven campaigns, halal investment education) to grow followers and foster a loyal community of Muslim/ethical investors.
  • Content Strategy & Storytelling: Develop educational, inspirational, and trust-building content series on digital asset regulations, awareness, and fractionalization benefits|

  • Campaign Execution & Growth Tactics: Plan and run targeted paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn) focused on high-intent audiences. Implement effective tactics such as referral programs, AMAs with Islamic finance experts, partnerships, and user-generated content challenges.
  • Web Analytics & Optimization: Monitor and optimize website/landing page performance, and SEO for various business terms. Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and others to drive conversions.
  • Brand Presence & Partnerships: Enhance Mabrook’s positioning as the ethical leader in RWA. Support PR, email marketing, and cross-promotions with banks, fintech, and non-banking Islamic financial institutions.
  • Compliance & Ethical Marketing: Ensure all campaigns strictly adhere to Shariah principles, Canadian advertising regulations, and AML/KYC requirements.
  • Reporting & Iteration: Provide monthly reports on KPIs

Qualifications:

  • Proven Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with a track record of growing communities in fintech, Islamic finance, or ethical/niche audiences.
  • Strong experience with Web Analytics.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, ability to craft compelling, culturally sensitive messages that resonate with Muslim or ethically sensitive audiences.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva/Adobe Suite, Hootsuite, or similar.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Islamic Finance, or related field.
