Graphic Designer

• Design and produce a range of materials including slide decks, infographics, posters, digital assets, and print collateral
• Collaborate with medical writers and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and clarity
• Apply brand guidelines while maintaining high design standards
• Prepare files for print and digital distribution
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Incorporate feedback from internal teams and clients efficiently

Required Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of design experience (agency experience preferred, especially in healthcare or pharma)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating layout, typography, and data visualization skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; PowerPoint is often essential)
• Ability to handle technical or scientific content without oversimplifying or misrepresenting it
• Comfort working with AI tools and AI agents

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in medical communications, pharmaceutical advertising, or healthcare marketing
• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines in medical/pharma communications
• Basic understanding of scientific terminology and clinical data
• Motion graphics or interactive design skills (a plus, not required)
