Position Overview:

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Search Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with at least one year of recruitment experience working as a TECHNICAL RECRUITER on the Agency side who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment. As a Search Consultant, you’ll identify, engage, and qualify candidates for roles across legal technology, eDiscovery, and AI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and our proprietary database.
• Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to determine fit for client needs.
• Prepare and deliver clear, concise candidate summaries and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to match candidates to open positions efficiently.
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records within our CRM.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of recruiting experience in technical recruitment working on the agency side
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
• Proactive, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Microsoft Office, and AI tools such as ChatGPT (preferred).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
