Marketing Growth Lead

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Marketing Growth Lead, to lead all growth initiatives, overseeing digital strategy across websites, paid ads, and lead generation. You will craft and execute growth roadmaps that directly scale revenue and market reach for our mobile ventures. We’re looking for someone who thrives on ownership and can take our growth engine from strategy to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and own comprehensive growth strategies the company.
• Lead performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms to generate high-quality leads.
• Optimize and scale both brand websites for conversion and customer acquisition.
• Track and analyze key growth metrics, implementing continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align growth initiatives with business goals.
• Own the CRM strategy and execution (HubSpot), ensuring seamless lead tracking, nurturing, and conversion.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a similar senior role.
• Experience scaling digital revenue channels, especially in e-commerce or high-ticket products.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for scaling brands—ideally with experience in automotive, mobile ventures, or lifestyle-driven markets.
