Location: Fully Remote (Occasional Travel)

Pay: $20-$22 hourly on W2 (All Inclusive)

Description :

• Role Overview We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented CMS Specialist to support ongoing website enhancements, promotions, and launches.
• This is a hands-on, execution-focused role working closely with the Senior Website Manager and cross-functional teams.
• This role starts as a contract position, with the potential to convert to a full-time role based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement website updates within the Optimizely CMS, including a combination of updates made through the CMS editing module and changes implemented via raw HTML and CSS, such as page edits, content blocks, and sitewide promotions.
• Perform QA and UAT testing, ensuring changes meet requirements and are production ready.
• Execute cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure consistent user experience.
• Create, write, and manage tickets in Jira, including requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Work within an Agile, sprint-based environment, collaborating during planning, execution, and delivery.
• Document processes and changes in Confluence.
• Support sitewide promotions and launches, including occasional after-hours or weekend work.
• Research and stay current on emerging web trends and tools, including areas like Agentic AI solutions.
• Travel occasionally, as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Extremely detail-oriented and quality-driven.
• A self-starter who can work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong experience with HTML and CSS.
• Hands-on experience working in a CMS (Optimizely strongly preferred).
• Experience with QA/UAT testing.
• Experience writing and managing work in Jira or a similar ticketing system.
• Experience working in an Agile/sprint-based environment.
• Comfortable documenting work clearly and thoroughly.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting sitewide or marketing-driven launches.
• Exposure to performance, accessibility, or analytics concepts.
• Demonstrated curiosity about modern web technologies and AI-driven solutions.

• This role is 100% remote with occasional travel.
