Role Description

We’re looking for a sharp, analytics-driven CRO strategist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who loves data, is passionate about optimization and thrives on helping customers drive measurable business outcomes.

This is a full-time, remote-first role with US working hours (at least 4 days per week overlap). In this position, you’ll act as both a strategic advisor and hands-on builder—helping our customers launch high-performing onsite experiences, analyze results, and grow with Visually.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and execute A/B testing and personalization strategies that drive real results across their storefront and improve their users experience.
• Implement technical and intricate site experiences, and monitor performance through website analytics
• Own end-to-end relationships with your portfolio of brands—serving as their trusted partner, CRO consultant, problem-solver, and advocate

Who you are:

• A high-energy self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, intensity and rapidly growing startup environment
• 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or strategy roles – ideally in eCommerce
• 2+ years in product or analytics
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital platforms, analytics tools, and new software
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS – strong advantage
