Adecco Creative & Marketing is partnering with a leading financial services organization on a long-term contract opportunity. We are seeking an experienced Art Director (Direct Mail Print) to join their Brand Creative team and help bring strategic, response-driven campaigns to life.
This position offers a pay rate of $35–39/hr and is open to candidates working remotely from NYC, Plano, TX, McLean, VA, or Richmond, VA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design creative for a range of products within the Direct Mail Print channel.
- Brainstorm big concepts and execute detail-oriented projects.
- Collaborate with copywriters, creative directors, brand and marketing strategists.
- Partner with internal marketing and line-of-business teams.
- Use strategy to inform creative decisions.
- Demonstrate integrated thinking across channels, products, and audiences while staying true to the brand.
- Leverage consumer insights to influence creative work.
- Push process and mindsets to strengthen the customer experience and brand.
- Manage multiple deadlines across numerous projects simultaneously.
- Deliver error-free work using best practices with strong attention to detail.
- Listen to and incorporate feedback.
- Determine when to use existing solutions versus building from scratch.
- Understand project goals, take direction well, and ask clarifying questions when needed.
- Present work in a compelling way to build support across different audiences.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong design capabilities with experience in Direct Mail Print.

Basic Qualifications:
