The Vision
Xyra is the AI-native “everything dashboard” for your life. We are replacing the “Lego-set” complexity of tools like Notion with a simple, conversational interface.

But we go deeper than organization. As Xyra builds your dashboards, it develops a visible Knowledge Graph of your life. This graph powers an Advisor Section—an intelligent layer that analyzes the connections between your health, work, finances, and goals to offer proactive, high-level insights. We are building the personal operating system for the AI era: human, calm, and deeply intelligent.

The Momentum
We aren’t just an idea; we are a moving ship. We are currently a tight-knit team of 3 (Product/Frontend, Ops, and Growth) looking for our final technical pillar. Our beta waitlist has already scaled to 100+ users through organic interest. Furthermore, we have a clear roadmap to our pre-seed round with VCs already lined up and ready for our upcoming raise. To accelerate our growth, we are currently preparing our applications for top-tier accelerator programs for the Summer 2026 batch.

The Mission
The founder has scaffolded the MVP and core UI. As the Founding Engineer, your job is to take this high-fidelity prototype and rebuild it into a hardened, scalable, and secure production-grade engine. You will be the architect of the Knowledge Graph and the intelligence layer that powers the Advisor.

Compensation & Growth
We are looking for a partner, not an employee. We are offering a significant ownership stake (up to 49%) to secure a truly exceptional, ride-or-die partner who wants to be a co-founder. A competitive founder-level salary will be finalized and triggered upon the close of our upcoming funding round. This follows a standard 4-year vesting schedule with a 1-year cliff to ensure we are aligned for long-term success.

What You’ll Do
Build the Knowledge Graph by designing the data architecture that maps the user’s life, turning fragmented dashboards into a connected web of personal intelligence. Architect the Advisor by developing the logic that enables Xyra to offer proactive advice based on user data patterns. Own Data & Security by leading the infrastructure and encryption protocols from day one. Scale AI Interactions by refining the logic so Xyra understands intent, handles fuzzy matching, and makes smart defaults. Finally, you will bridge design and code to ensure the UI remains minimalist and premium, with unique visual identities for every dashboard.

Who You Are
You have full-stack capability with strong frontend skills (React/Next.js) and a deep understanding of graph databases or complex data structures. You are a product-first engineer who cares deeply about the user’s “Aha!” moment and the “feel” of a premium consumer product. You have the startup DNA required to be comfortable with ambiguity and the drive to be a co-founder who builds products people love.
