As we scale, we are seeking experienced, driven sales professionals who understand how to sell Cybersecurity or IT consulting services and want to play a meaningful role in the growth of a specialized, high-impact security firm.
Role Overview
This role is designed for a sales professional with proven experience selling Cybersecurity consulting services or, at minimum, IT consulting or professional services. You will own the full sales process, from prospecting and qualification through relationship development and deal execution, working closely with Nexta Security’s technical leadership.
This is a consultative sales role. Success requires credibility with technical and executive stakeholders, comfort selling intangible services, and the ability to articulate value beyond product features.
What You’ll Do
- Represent and sell Nexta Security’s consulting services across Application Security, Cloud Security, AI Security, and Incident Response.
- Identify, qualify, and engage prospects through targeted outbound efforts, inbound follow-up, and strategic networking.
- Build, manage, and forecast a healthy sales pipeline using structured sales processes.
- Conduct discovery calls and lead consultative sales conversations with technical leaders, security teams, and executives.
- Collaborate with technical and solution leaders to scope opportunities and develop tailored proposals and presentations.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and activity tracking to support pipeline visibility and decision-making.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience selling cybersecurity consulting services OR IT consulting / professional services (mandatory).
- Demonstrated success in B2B consultative sales environments (services-based, not product-only).
- Comfort engaging with CISOs, security leaders, engineering leaders, and executive stakeholders.
- Strong communication, discovery, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-directed, disciplined, and capable of operating in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.

Candidates must have working knowledge of and hands-on experience with:
- HubSpot (CRM and pipeline management)
- Apollo (prospecting and outbound)
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Airscale (or comparable enrichment tools)
- SmartLead (or similar sequencing platforms)
- Power dialers for outbound calling
Candidates without experience using modern outbound and CRM tooling will not be considered.

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive compensation package with OTE exceeding $95,000
- Uncapped commission.
