Responsibilities of the Candidate:
Build full-stack MVP web app (React or similar frontend, FastAPI/Node backend).
Integrate with data sources like CoStar, Zillow, Yardi Matrix, Neighborhood Scout.
Implement document upload + parsing for T12 and Rent Roll PDFs/XLS files.
Use LLMs (e.g. OpenAI, Claude) to summarize, categorize, and convert data into model inputs.
Auto-populate pre-built real estate Excel templates with structured data.
Implement “pass/fail” deal logic based on user-customized investment filters.
Build export features: PDF executive summary, Excel model, and LOI generator.
Create a dashboard for deal tracking, performance metrics, and API connection health.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Python (FastAPI) or JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js)
Frontend skills in React.js / Next.js
API integration experience (OAuth, REST/GraphQL)
Experience working with file parsing (PDF/Excel), data extraction, and LLMs
Understanding of real estate concepts (T12, rent rolls, cash-on-cash returns, cap rate)
Strong sense of UX for financial tools or dashboards
