We’re looking for senior-to-lead engineers who enjoy owning complex systems end to end and want their work to matter at scale.

What You’ll Work On
- Designing and building high-availability backend services that move money and digital assets securely
- Developing scalable APIs used by developers, financial institutions, and platforms worldwide
- Extending and maintaining blockchain-integrated systems (tokenization, mint/burn flows, cross-chain transfers)
- Working across payments, banking rails, wallets, smart contracts, and compliance-aware systems
- Partnering closely with product, security, and infrastructure to shape architecture and long-term technical direction
- Mentoring engineers and setting a high bar for code quality, testing, and system design
Tech Stack & Environment
- Java (primary) and Go (secondary) for backend services
- Cloud-native infrastructure (AWS / GCP / Azure)
- Containerized services (Kubernetes, ECS/EKS)
- SQL and distributed data systems
- RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures
- Blockchain / Web3 systems in production
