We’re hiring a Product Designer who thinks like a product owner and designs with world-class craft. You’ll work directly with engineering and our customer teams to uncover problems, shape solutions, and ship experiences that push our platform forward. About the role:
We’re looking for a product designer to drive our user experience forward as we grow our
product offering and tackle new and complex challenges around self service workflow building
(Studio), Gen AI driven insights and productivity (Certa AI), and simplifying our app experience.
With an eye for craft and delight, curiosity for how companies big and small operate, and an
appreciation for complex challenges, you can help us design the future of Certa!

This is a full-time remote

What You’ll Do

• Own problem spaces end-to-end – from discovery and problem definition through detailed design, validation, and engineering delivery.
• Collaborate deeply with engineers, helping scope work, reason through tradeoffs, and ensure the final experience feels polished and intentional.
• Talk to customers and customer teams to understand real workflows and quickly validate ideas.
• Shape requirements and influence product direction – proactively identifying opportunities for improvement, simplifying complexity, and evolving how the platform works.
• Push our AI-native experience forward, designing intelligent patterns, agentic flows, contextual insights, and new interaction models.
• Deliver exceptional craft and clarity across flows, visuals, states, edge cases, and interactions.
• Evolve Certa’s design system, ensuring our platform feels cohesive, scalable, and easy to build on.
• Communicate design decisions to leadership, presenting work and rationale clearly to PMs, engineering managers, the VP of Product, and the CEO.
• Tell the story of the user, grounding proposals in insights, clear reasoning, and business value.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio of shipped work
• A designer who operates with ownership, autonomy, and product curiosity
• Strong visual taste and attention to detail – you care about quality
• Experience working directly with engineers and navigating ambiguity
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present work crisply to leadership
• Proficiency in Figma and knowledge of modern design system practices
• Curiosity, humility, and a strong sense of ownership for shipped outcomes

Go to have:
