Founding Full Stack Engineer

Help build the intelligence layer that redefines how enterprises run. You will work across the stack to turn messy real-world operations into fast, fluid, AI-native systems. This is a hands-on founding role where you ship quickly, test in live environments, and help shape the engineering culture from day one.

Responsibilities

• Build end to end product features across backend, frontend, and agentic layers
• Integrate LLMs and design safe tool interfaces for real workflows
• Prototype quickly and iterate based on real operational feedback
• Debug across the entire stack and remove technical bottlenecks
• Collaborate with product, domain experts, and early customers
• Influence architecture, engineering standards, and the early technical roadmap
• Contribute to hiring and help define the engineering culture from the ground up

Requirements

• Strong fluency in Python or TypeScript
• Demonstrated ability to ship full-stack features end to end
• Experience integrating LLM APIs or building AI augmented features
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• Strong debugging skills across backend and frontend layers
• Clear communication and a bias toward simplicity and action
• Authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with agentic workflows or tool use patterns
• Familiarity with React, Node, FastAPI, Next.js, or similar frameworks
• Exposure to workflow engines or event-driven systems
• Experience in operations-heavy domains like finance, supply chain, or manufacturing
• Previous startup or zero-to-one experience
