Website Strategy Manager
The Sage Group’s client, a well-known marketing tech company, is seeking a Web Growth Manager to support campaign-driven web initiatives and optimize key non-growth surfaces across the company’s website. In this role, you will execute seasonal and product launch campaigns, elevate core content experiences, and provide cross-functional support for Brand and Product Marketing teams.
You will work closely with the Sr. Web Strategy Manager and partner across PMM, Integrated Marketing, Creative, Amplify, SEO, International, Marketing Analytics, and Marketing Ops to ensure our web surfaces are aligned, consistent, and delivering high-quality experiences for prospects and customers.
This role is ideal for someone who excels at orchestrating web experiences, managing campaign timelines, optimizing content-heavy surfaces, and collaborating seamlessly across teams.
How You Will Make a Difference:
- Execute high-impact web campaigns: You will lead end-to-end web execution for Tier 2 product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand moments—ensuring pages are on-strategy, on-time, and optimized for engagement.
- Optimize non-growth web surfaces: You’ll elevate foundational experiences across case studies, events, resources, and other content-driven areas that shape how prospects and customers learn about the company.
- Improve user journeys through content and UX enhancements: You will identify friction within content-heavy surfaces and implement improvements that increase clarity, discoverability, and engagement.
- Support web strategy execution: Working closely with the Sr. Web Strategy Manager, you’ll help translate campaign and content requirements into web plans, providing structure and coordination across teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enable seamless execution: You’ll partner with PMM, Creative, Amplify, SEO, International, Analytics, and Marketing Ops to deliver cohesive and effective web experiences.
- Handle ad-hoc web requests: As bandwidth allows, you will support miscellaneous updates and optimization requests to help the broader web team maintain site health and responsiveness.
Who You Are:
- 5-7 years of website strategy, growth, product management or relevant experience.
- Proven experience supporting or executing web campaigns, product launches, or content-driven updates for B2B SaaS or e-commerce companies.
- Strong understanding of web UX, especially for content-heavy experiences such as case studies, events, and resource libraries.
- Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau), A/B testing platforms, Product demo platforms, and CMS.
- Understanding of SEO, marketing automation, and lead management platforms.
- Ability to define product roadmaps, write detailed requirements, and deliver with agile teams.
- Strong background in web analytics, experimentation, and funnel analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to influence both technical and executive stakeholders.
This is a 1-year contract with the possibility of extending
$55-60 hourly, W-2
