Media Buyer (Meta Ads) – Lead Generation | Full-Time, Remote
We are hiring a Media Buyer who specializes in Facebook & Instagram (Meta) ads for lead generation.
You will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing campaigns so our clients get a steady flow of qualified leads. You’ll work closely with our creative and account teams and take full ownership of performance.
What you’ll do
- Set up and manage Meta lead generation campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
- Build and test audiences, retargeting, and lookalike audiences
- Manage and check the Meta pixel and basic tracking
- Write clear, persuasive ad copy for ads and lead forms
- Collaborate with our design and video teams on new creatives
- Monitor key metrics (CPL, CTR, conversion rate, etc.) and optimize campaigns
- Prepare simple weekly reports with results and next steps
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience running Meta ads for lead generation
- Strong skills in audience targeting, retargeting, and optimization
- Hands-on experience with Meta pixel and event tracking
- Excellent English communication (written and spoken)
- Strong copywriting skills for ads
- Comfortable using tools like Slack, Trello/ClickUp, a CRM, and AI tools
- You currently have a Meta ad account in your name that you manage
Nice to have (not required):
- Experience in fitness, health, or local service niches
- Experience with Go High Level or similar CRMs
