What You Will Do
Workflow Definition and Standardization
- Define end to end workflows that Agents perform by partnering with RCM experts, customers, and engineers to capture requirements and map business logic.
- Translate customer SOPs and payer processes into reusable and configurable workflow templates that flex across EHRs and payer systems.
- Collaborate with engineering to design orchestration patterns, data flows, and integration layers that enable Agents to operate reliably and efficiently.
- Establish frameworks for workflow standardization across customers to ensure repeatability, flexibility, and alignment with payer processes.
Product Strategy and Platform Ownership
- Own the vision, roadmap, and execution for the Agents product area.
- Define the APIs, configuration models, and platform experience that enable workflows to be deployed, monitored, and managed at scale.
- Drive payer coverage expansion across RPA, Voice, and API modalities while ensuring the right payer mix and redundancy.
Cross Functional Collaboration
- Partner with RCM experts to deeply understand revenue cycle processes and convert them into automation logic.
- Work closely with Forward Deployment Engineers to streamline workflow configuration and integration across customer systems.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales to understand customer needs, prioritize workflow coverage, and align capabilities with business outcomes.
- Serve as a connector between customers, payers, and internal teams to ensure Agents solve high impact and scalable problems.
Data Driven Product Leadership
- Define and monitor KPIs for workflow success, coverage, and customer ROI.
- Partner with Analytics to evaluate workflow performance, identify coverage gaps, and prioritize roadmap investments using data.
- Apply quantitative insights to improve workflow reliability, efficiency, and automation rates.
