Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt, friendly, and accurate support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot common product or service issues and guide customers to solutions
- Maintain detailed, clear documentation of customer interactions
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience while meeting service-level goals
- Identify trends or recurring issues and communicate them to leadership
- Support onboarding and training for new customers when needed
- Collaborate across teams (Product, Billing, Sales, Engineering) to resolve issues
Skills:
- Experience supporting SaaS or tech products
- Bilingual (English + Spanish preferred)
- Familiarity with remote support tools or knowledge bases
