CX2 is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to help define and execute our visual identity across digital and print. You’ll concept, design, and deliver creative assets that support CX2’s mission, from websites and presentations to digital campaigns and event materials. The ideal candidate combines strong visual instincts with technical fluency and thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

·       Design and produce creative materials including websites, digital ads, social media, presentations, and marketing collateral.

·       Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.

·       Collaborate with the Creative Director and internal teams to meet project goals and deadlines.

·       Own projects from concept through final delivery.

·       Integrate AI-assisted tools into workflows for speed and innovation.

·       Prepare and QA design files for production (print, web, email).

·       Manage and organize design assets.

·       Continuously explore new ideas, trends, and technologies.

Qualifications

·       3+ years of experience in graphic design across print, UX/UI, and digital campaigns.

·       Expert in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; familiarity with HTML/CSS and web design principles.

·       Strong understanding of typography, layout, and brand systems.

·       Experience with email and social media campaigns.

·       Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

·       Positive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset.

·       Portfolio showcasing original work across multiple formats.
