Founding AI Engineer (LLMs / Applied AI Systems)
Location: Remote or Bay Area Preferred
Type: Full-Time/Part Time / Founding Team
Experience Level: 1+ Years (Startup / AI Research-to-Production Experience Preferred)
About Us
seedlink.app is building the AI-powered “Marketplace” for AI Starups and AI Native talent to bring ideas to market. We are now growing our founding team and members to advance the frontier of applied AI for Startups.

What You’ll Do
Design, train, and deploy AI/LLM-powered agents for real-world startup workflows
Evaluate and fine-tune models for accuracy, reliability, and performance
Prototype fast, validate with real users, and iterate on productized AI features
Influence core AI/ML architecture and research directions as a founding member
Build multi-agent pipelines

We’re Looking For Someone Who…
Has 1+ years of hands-on AI/ML experience (NLP, LLMs, applied ML)
Has shipped production AI features, not just research or demos
Understands both ML engineering (training, fine-tuning, eval) and MLOps (deployment, monitoring)
Loves working in scrappy, 0→1 startup environments
Is product-minded: cares about impact on startup owners

Tech Stack (Current & Planned)
AI: OpenAI, Llama, Claude, LangChain, RAG frameworks
Vector DBs: Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS
Data: POS & retail APIs (Square, Toast, Shopify, Yelp, Google Ads)
Infra: Python, FastAPI, Supabase, AWS
