About CoreSpeed
CoreSpeed is building the infrastructure for AI agents. Our mission: Better Infra, Better AI Agents.
CoreSpeed PaaS: Platform-as-a-service designed for large-scale agent deployment with second-level container startup, user-level isolation, and high-performance networking.
Zypher Agent Framework: Open-source agentic AI framework with pluggable components that let developers focus on business logic and ship their agent product fast.
DeckSpeed: Our showcase vertical agent built on Zypher and deployed on CoreSpeed—an AI presentation assistant that demonstrates the power of our full stack.
Role Overview
We’re seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer passionate about AI agents and agent-native infrastructure. You’ll work across our entire stack—from CoreSpeed’s platform infrastructure to Zypher framework and vertical agent products. This role requires someone who thrives in an AI-agentic development environment using tools like Zypher Code, Cursor and Claude Code.
Responsibilities
Build and optimize CoreSpeed PaaS components (orchestrator, router, load balancer, gateway)
Contribute to Zypher Framework core components and vertical agent development
Develop web interfaces for agent deployment, monitoring, and management
Build developer tooling and SDKs that abstract infrastructure complexity
Implement container orchestration, state persistence, and secure sandbox execution
Requirements
Full stack expertise: Strong proficiency in modern technologies—frontend (React, TypeScript) and backend (Rust, Go, Deno, etc)
Infrastructure knowledge: Understanding of containerization, orchestration concepts, and cloud platforms
Systems thinking: Architect scalable, distributed systems that handle dynamic workloads
Product-minded: Focus on developer experience and making complex infrastructure invisible to users
Collaborative: Thrive in a remote-first team using GitHub and Discord
Preferred Qualifications
Strong product ownership: Take end-to-end responsibility for features and drive them to completion
Experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and context engineering
Background in distributed systems, observability, and performance optimization
Contributions to open-source projects or developer tools/frameworks
Experience with agent evaluation frameworks (GAIA, SWE-bench, etc.)
