You will play a critical role in designing and building our AI-first data computing platform. This is not just an execution role — we’re looking for someone who thinks strategically, moves with intention, and can take ideas from concept to production with a balance of technical depth and practical decision-making.

You’ll be working across the stack, applying modern technologies to develop performant, secure, and scalable systems. This is an opportunity to help shape the foundation of a platform that powers real-world AI applications at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and implement backend solutions
Rapidly prototype and refine new products, working closely with design and product teams, leverage tools like Cursor to automate creating new frontend features.
Design and maintain SDKs, CLI tools, and developer-facing platforms
Lead projects from concept to production, ensuring code quality, performance, and scalability
Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a high-performance engineering culture

Tech stack requirements

4+ years of professional software development experience
Familiarity with our tech stack (we use Go, Rust, Kotlin, React, Node.js and TypeScript – the team, however, is language-agnostic, so we are flexible in our language requirements, especially if you are savvy with AI coding tools)
Deep expertise in computer science with a strong grasp of data structures and algorithms
Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and a rigorous approach to software quality
Tech writing and solid communication skills are essential

Nice to Have

Experience with distributed or decentralized architectures
Familiarity with Web3 technologies, decentralized systems, and blockchain protocols
Background in multi-chain wallet development, EVM, or Substrate
Prior exposure to AI/ML-driven applications
Strong leadership skills and experience guiding technical teams
Experience with GraphQL
Samples of your code, documentation or tech articles will put your application on the fast track
