About the Role
This is a part-time remote role for an SEO Specialist. The SEO Specialist will be responsible for conducting keyword research, performing SEO audits, analyzing web analytics data, and optimizing on-page SEO. The specialist will work closely with our team to enhance our clients’ online presence and drive organic traffic.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement holistic SEO strategies tailored to each client’s goals
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to uncover high-value opportunities
- Audit websites and recommend clear, actionable on-page SEO improvements
- Create data-informed content strategies in collaboration with our content team
- Analyze performance and create monthly SEO reports with actionable insights
- Provide competitor analyses to inform strategy and identify gaps
- Collaborate with internal teams and communicate strategy to clients

Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on SEO strategy experience (agency experience a plus)
- Proven track record of growing organic traffic and improving keyword rankings
- Proficient with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)
- Strong understanding of current SEO best practices
- Experience working with a project management platform
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred
