About 3Natives
Founded in 2013 in Tequesta, Florida, 3Natives is a fast-growing food and beverage brand specializing in fresh acai bowls, smoothies, juices, and wraps. With over 40 locations nationwide, our mission is to make clean, healthy, and delicious food both fast and accessible.
As part of a broader brand refresh, we are seeking an experienced web developer or development team to optimize and enhance our current website. The goal is not a full rebuild, but a strategic improvement focused on technical performance, SEO, and alignment with our updated brand identity.
Scope of Work
- Conduct a comprehensive audit of the existing website, including structure, navigation, and user experience
- Perform a full SEO analysis (technical, on-page, and local SEO)
- Provide recommendations for improving visibility and conversion performance across key areas: menu, locations, and brand story
- Collaborate with internal marketing and design teams to implement approved updates
- Ensure the website is optimized for speed, mobile performance, and conversions (online orders, catering inquiries, franchise leads)
- Develop a framework for effective multi-location visibility through Google Business and local SEO
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience developing websites for food, beverage, or restaurant brands
- Proven portfolio demonstrating modern, conversion-focused web design and functionality
- Expertise in WordPress or a comparable CMS
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs
- Strong understanding of responsive design, mobile UX, and local SEO best practices
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide clear, actionable recommendations
