Forge is a small agency with big ambitions. From Aalsmeer, our tight-knit team builds awesome digital products. We’re now looking for a visual designer who’ll help us keep raising the bar.

Who we’re looking for

A designer who smoothly switches between UX and UI.

You love variety: one day you’re refining a streamlined app, the next you’re crafting a fresh ad campaign or pushing an in-house project. You think along, experiment, and aren’t afraid to push boundaries. Together we ship work that’s both smartly designed and tightly executed.

What you bring

• 4–6 years of experience as a UX/UI designer (websites and apps as a solid base; experience with online ads is a plus)
• Full-time availability (40 hours)
• Experience across the full UX process and delivering thoughtful UI (from flows to component libraries)
• Fluent in Figma, from wireframes to pixel-perfect designs (experience with tools like Photoshop, Sketch, or Illustrator is a bonus)
• Autonomy and initiative, paired with the ability to align when needed
• Energy to move both client projects and internal ideas forward
• Excellent English, speaking Dutch as well is a pre
• A portfolio that shows the value you add
