We’re Hiring: Performance Ads Specialist

Are you a performance-driven digital ads expert who thrives on optimizing ROI across multiple channels? We’re looking for a sharp and creative Ads Specialist to take the reins on our paid acquisition strategy.

What You’ll Do

• Strategize, launch, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram) using our curated brand content
• Oversee and grow our TikTok Ads account, optimizing for conversion and ROAS
• A/B test creatives, headlines, and landing pages to drive continuous performance
• Collaborate with our internal content team to ensure all campaigns align with brand tone, visuals, and objectives
• Report on campaign performance and suggest data-driven improvements

✅ Requirements

• 2+ years running direct-response ad campaigns across Google, Meta, and ideally TikTok
• Strong understanding of CPM, CTR, ROAS, CAC, and other performance metrics
• Proven ability to write compelling ad copy and pair it with high-performing creatives
• Experience with retargeting strategies and lookalike audiences
• Bonus: Experience working with early-stage consumer brands or startups

• Someone who’s both analytical and creative—someone who doesn’t just “run ads,” but knows how to scale winners, cut losers fast, and bring smart performance insights to the table. You’ll be working directly with the founder and growth team.
