The Role

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer who can own our visual identity across packaging, marketing assets, and brand campaigns. This role sits in-house, working directly with our leadership team, to deliver fast, high-quality design work that drives growth. You will be the person who translates product ideas into packaging and creative that not only looks good, but also meets compliance standards and resonates with our customers.

This is not a “wait for direction” role. We want someone who takes initiative and brings ideas, solves problems, manages projects efficiently, and pushes work forward with speed, confidence, and common sense while aligning closely with leadership’s perspective.

Key Responsibilities

Packaging & Label Design

• Create compliant packaging designs (FDA/regulatory awareness, nutrition panels, barcodes, sustainability claims).
• Develop packaging mock-ups and iterate quickly based on feedback.
• Coordinate with printers and vendors to ensure production-ready files.

Branding & Creative Assets

• Support visual identity across all products and campaigns.
• Produce trade show collateral, sell sheets, digital ads, and promotional materials.
• Work with photographers (or external agencies) to manage product photo shoots; handle editing, cropping, and manipulation in Photoshop.

Project Management

• Efficiently manage multiple design projects at once, balancing timelines and needs.
• Track and update project details digitally, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
• Communicate clearly with clients, teammates, and executives to keep everyone aligned.
• Occasionally travel to meet clients or attend project sites.
• Thrive in a high-energy, fast paced culture.

Collaboration & Initiative

• Act as an internal “agency” pitch new design ideas, present concepts, and proactively suggest improvements.
• Collaborate closely with leadership, marketing, and operations to align design with business goals.
• Manage freelance illustrators or outside creatives when needed.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Experience with packaging and consumer product design (CPG background a strong plus).
• Understanding of compliance requirements for packaging and labelling.
• Skilled in photo editing and post-production workflows.
• Awareness of AI design tools and ability to integrate them into workflows.
• Ability to write clear, concise copy for packaging callouts, marketing collateral, and product messaging
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills (required)
