Description of the offer

Develop, test, and deploy core features of EncubatorrApp using modern web and mobile technologies.

Design and implement AI-driven features, automation tools, and machine learning models to enhance the platform.

Optimize performance, security, and scalability for a global user base.

Collaborate with a team of developers, designers, and product managers to bring the app to life.

Provide input and insights on app features, UX/UI, and business functionalities to help shape the final product.

Participate in brainstorming sessions to improve features and functionality.

**Required Skills & Tech Stack:

Frontend: React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS

Backend: Node.js, Python, Firebase, PostgreSQL

AI & Automation: OpenAI API, Machine Learning frameworks

Mobile Development: React Native (bonus)

DevOps & Cloud: AWS, Google Cloud, Docker (bonus)

General: Strong problem-solving skills, eagerness to learn, and a passion for building great products!

**Special Job Requirements:

Passion for AI & Automation: Have a strong interest in AI-driven applications, automation, and machine learning. Prior experience is a plus but not required.**

Passion to Work in a Fast-Paced Tech Startup: Adaptability is key, as the project evolves rapidly, and engineers will be working on multiple aspects of the platform.**

Experience with OpenAI API & ML Frameworks (Bonus): Familiarity with AI/ML tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenAI’s APIs would be highly beneficial.

Commitment & Availability: Dedicate at least 8-15 hours per week to this project (flexible scheduling) for development, testing, and team collaboration.

Portfolio/GitHub (Preferred): Provide a GitHub, portfolio, or relevant project examples to showcase their work.
