We’re not building another dating app — we’re creating an experience where users feel: “This app gets me.” As our Founding Motion Designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the platform’s reliability, scalability, and developer velocity from day one. We’re looking for a bold, inventive Motion Designer to bring ideas to life across both social media and product ecosystems. You’ll craft thumb-stopping content for feeds that matter and build elegant, engaging animations that elevate our in-app and product experiences. This is a chance to work at the intersection of brand storytelling and product design—where culture meets craft.

What You’ll Do

Concept, design, and animate motion graphics for social campaigns, product launches, UI/product interactions, and brand films. Create on-trend social assets (Reels, TikToks, Stories, GIFs, kinetic type, short-form edits) that drive engagement and relevance. Design and prototype motion for product UIs—micro-interactions, feature reveals, onboarding flows—that make tech feel intuitive and alive. Collaborate closely with Creative, Product, and Marketing teams to translate strategy into dynamic, visually coherent campaigns. Repurpose and remix assets, capture new quick-turn content (shoots or mobile), and keep work share-ready and platform-native. Support post-production (editing, transitions, sound design direction, rendering). Stay ahead of design/animation and platform trends, bringing fresh thinking and experimentation into our creative language.

What You Bring

3+ years of motion design experience, ideally within a creative agency, social-first brand, or product-driven company.

Strong portfolio showcasing both social motion content and brand/product storytelling (UI, product renders, launch films).

Background in graphic design with a killer eye for layout, typography, composition, colour, and timing.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator).

Familiarity with 3D tools (Cinema4D, Blender, etc.) is a strong plus.

Hands-on ability to shoot/edit short content (DSLR or mobile).

Confident communicator who thrives in collaborative, fast-moving environments.

Deep knowledge of internet/social culture and passion for experimenting beyond the “usual formats.
