The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Creative Image Generation Specialist to join our team immediately and help build our foundational image libraries for LoRA training. This role is perfect for a recent graduate or creative professional passionate about AI art who wants hands-on experience with cutting-edge generative AI tools while contributing to a platform that will transform how people create and share meaningful moments.

What You’ll Do

Primary Responsibilities

• Generate diverse, high-quality images across multiple AI platforms (Leonardo AI, Midjourney, Ideogram, Stable Diffusion 3.5, DALL-E/Bing)
• Create comprehensive image sets for LoRA training across various art styles common in greeting cards and invitations
• Develop themed collections for occasions (birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, life events like divorce parties and celebrations of life)
• Source and curate typography samples, decorative borders, and design elements for specialized LoRA training
• Organize and catalog generated assets with detailed metadata for easy retrieval and training pipeline integration
• Research and analyze competitor designs to inform creative direction
• Collaborate with the product team to identify gaps in our design library
• Document successful prompting strategies and maintain a prompt library for team reference

Creative Categories You’ll Explore

• Art Styles: Watercolor, vintage illustration, modern minimalist, art nouveau, folk art, photorealistic, abstract
• Occasions: Traditional holidays, cultural celebrations, life milestones, sympathy, apologies, encouragement
• Themes: Nature, romance, humor, inspirational, professional, family, friendship
• Cultural Elements: Western/European traditions with sensitivity to global perspectives

What We’re Looking For

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Digital Media, or related field (recent graduates welcome!)
• Strong understanding of visual composition, color theory, and design principles
• Experience with at least 2 AI image generation platforms (personal projects count!)
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple creative tasks
• Cultural awareness and sensitivity for Western/European traditions and pop culture
• Portfolio demonstrating creative range (can include personal AI art experiments)

Nice to Have

• Experience with prompt engineering techniques
• Familiarity with greeting card or invitation design
• Knowledge of multiple AI platforms (Leonardo, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL-E)
• Basic understanding of machine learning concepts
• Experience with digital asset management
• Graphic design software skills (Photoshop, Illustrator)

• Generate 50-100 high-quality images per day across various styles and themes
• Maintain 95%+ acceptance rate on submitted assets
• Build comprehensive style libraries with 20+ variations per LoRA category
• Document and share effective prompting strategies that improve team efficiency
• Contribute creative insights that enhance our design direction

Compensation & Commitment

• Rate: $20-25 USD per hour based on experience
• Hours: 30-40 hours per week with flexibility
• Duration: Immediate start through MVP launch and beyond
• Schedule: Flexible within reasonable overlap with US business hours
