Senior Product Manager, GPU Compute Marketplace & Exchange

Role Summary

This is a foundational role reporting directly to the CEO, offering a unique opportunity to own and shape a category-defining product. You will be the central hub, responsible for designing the intricate mechanics of a two-sided market, translating the needs of both compute suppliers and consumers into a seamless, high-performance platform. You will blend strategic vision with relentless execution, defining the future of how computational power is traded.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap end-to-end, from discovery through launch and iteration, balancing immediate customer needs with long-term vision
• Drive rapid experimentation and development to validate assumptions quickly and adjust based on market feedback
• Define success metrics and data-driven frameworks while maintaining flexibility to pivot based on market signals
• Partner directly with CEO and CTO to shape product strategy, make critical trade-offs, and align product decisions with business goals
• Collaborate with engineering to manage priorities and ship quality products on aggressive timelines
• Work with sales and marketing to craft go-to-market strategies and compelling product narratives
• Live and breathe the market. Conduct regular customer interviews, competitive analysis, and market research to identify opportunities and inform product direction
• Act as the voice of the customer, translating insights into actionable product decisions
• Extend beyond traditional PM boundaries – join customer calls, write documentation, or tackle whatever moves the needle
• Build lightweight processes that enable speed without sacrificing quality as we scale
• Thrive in ambiguity, turning uncertainty into opportunity while helping the team navigate constant change

Requirements

Must-Haves

• 5+ years of software product management experience, with a proven track record of owning and shipping two or more complex technical products in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience managing direct reports or leading cross-functional teams, coupled with strong program management skills to organize and execute efficiently.
• Ability to manage backlogs, prioritize features, run sprint planning sessions, and communicate timelines and risks effectively to all stakeholders.
• Basic coding knowledge (e.g., Python) and a knack for effectively using AI tools to automate or enhance workflows.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to align internal teams and articulate complex ideas effectively to all stakeholders.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in financial products, including trading or investment platforms.
• Some or a combination of experience in:
  • Marketplaces: Deep experience with two-sided marketplaces, exchange technologies, or auction platforms. You have hands-on experience designing systems for supply/demand aggregation and price discovery.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of the needs of AI/ML developers and infrastructure providers, including GPU architectures and cloud computing (AWS, GCP, Azure), databases and web frameworks.
• Familiarity with successful B2B marketplaces (e.g. Alibaba, Amazon Business)
• Background in product marketing, enabling seamless collaboration to maximize product growth.
