We want you to consider a senior-level position at Mabus Agency. Our staff is split into two creative groups that we call pods. Each pod has only six clients. The team is made up of a relationship manager, a project manager, and three designers. Outside of pods, we have a web design/development team and video team
.You‘d be joining a pod to apply your unique style of design, lead the creative direction for clients, and help the other designers advance their skills. We want you to contribute to design for each of the pod’s clients while leading a team of designers and setting creative/brand direction. We also offer robust PTO, competitive insurance, and 401k matching for retirement.
Since our founding in 2008, I’m proudest of the fact that we have only scaled the agency up. There has been no downsizing due to losing a client (or clients). We’d love to add you to our healthy growth.
To be considered, please have at least 5 years experience in the design industry with 2-3 years of design leadership experience. We should be at a level that’s past the “know the relevant programs.”
