Ten Thousand is seeking an Associate Merchandiser to help own organization and communication among teams. This highly cross functional role will collaborate across the product, marketing and creative teams to ensure that everything is well communicated and organized across the divisions. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as the go-to expert for all product-related questions, keeping cross-functional teams aligned and informed.
• Own meeting recaps and follow-ups, ensuring clear next steps and momentum on key initiatives.
• Keep the product team’s Asana workspace organized and actionable—tracking every detail from development to launch.
• Partner closely with Design to build and maintain accurate, up-to-date line lists that reflect the full seasonal assortment.
• Evaluate and manage one-off wholesale requests, ensuring they are considered and actioned on when appropriate
• Lead the seasonal photo sample tracking process—ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and team visibility.
• Ensure that commercial color names are created and communicated for each season
• Analyze new product performance to inform future line planning and merchandising strategy.
• Work with Planning to support sales, promotions, and in-season adjustments that drive performance.
• Ensure that all products are promptly put on site and are removed from site when relevant
• Responsible for moving items to inactive on the ATS (available to sell report) when they are removed from site
• Manage the new product marketing calendar to ensure alignment across all channels regarding new product and color launch timelines
• Own the pre-receipt process for new products and colors to ensure that product is live on site per launch plan
• Contribute to the email marketing calendar with product insights and launch timing.
• Participate in creative reviews to provide a product lens and enhance storytelling impact.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of experience in Merchandising
• Extremely organized and detail oriented
• Strong ability to create timelines and influence the team to hit them
• Experience using project management tools like Asana or equivalent to track product lifecycle and deliverables
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong working relationships across departments
• Experience with site or visual merchandising appreciated.
• Extreme Ownership mentality
• Able to work independently within company and team guidelines
