Flycore is seeking a Sales Development Representative

  • Join our team to drive new business acquisition in the aviation sector while building a strong foundation for career growth in B2B SaaS sales

You will

As a Sales Development Representative at Flycore, you will:

  • Drive new business acquisition in the flight school and aviation segment
    • Own the full prospecting process from lead generation to qualified opportunity handoff
    • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through strategic outbound efforts
    • Support the sales cycle from initial contact through to closing deals
  • Build relationships with aviation business decision-makers
    • Execute targeted outbound sales efforts including cold emailing, calling, and social selling
    • Conduct discovery calls to understand prospects’ pain points and business needs
    • Collaborate with founders and sales team to align outreach efforts with marketing campaigns
  • Qualify and nurture prospects through the sales funnel
    • Research and identify high-potential flight schools and aviation businesses
    • Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team with decision-makers
    • Maintain accurate records and pipeline management in CRM systems

You have

  • Proven sales development or outbound sales experience
    • 1-3+ years in SDR, BDR, or similar outbound sales roles
    • Experience with B2B SaaS products and subscription business models preferred
    • Track record of meeting or exceeding activity and conversion metrics
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
    • Comfortable with cold outreach via phone, email, and social platforms
    • Excellent written and verbal communication for prospect engagement
    • Experience conducting discovery calls and virtual meetings
  • Self-motivated and process-oriented approach
    • Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving startup environment
    • Experience with CRM systems and sales development tools
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Deep interest in aviation and understanding of flight operations
    • Experience with or strong interest in general aviation, flight training, or airport operations is strongly preferred
    • Understanding of challenges facing aviation businesses is a plus

What does success look like?

A successful SDR will consistently generate qualified opportunities and contribute to new business growth. Within the first month, you should feel confident in outreach efforts and understand our ideal customer profile. By month three, you’ll be independently managing a full sales pipeline and consistently hitting activity and conversion targets. Long-term success includes exceeding quarterly quotas, maintaining high-quality lead conversion rates, and developing into a trusted advisor for aviation businesses looking to modernize their operations.
