The Role

As our Founding Technical Product Manager – AI, you’ll operate at the intersection of customer success and product innovation – leading enterprise pilots and deployments, diagnosing complex workflow challenges, and rolling up your sleeves to build AI-powered features in our core system. Unlike traditional roadmap management, you’ll be rolling up your sleeves and co-developing core AI products and system features when not in the field. You’re a technical problem‑solver, customer‑obsessed, and excited to bridge the gap between client needs and code.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll pioneer our product roadmap, bridge the gap between strategy and engineering, and shape the future of Glacis’s platform.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Work closely with customers to gather requirements, refine product deployment plans, and support pilots.
• Technical Collaboration: Act as a liaison between customers and engineers, translating complex customer needs into actionable engineering tasks.
• Deployment Management: Lead pilot and production rollouts, ensuring seamless integration with customer systems (ERPs, TMS, etc.).
• Feedback Loop: Capture customer feedback, document insights, and communicate clearly to technical teams.
• Thought Leadership: Identify market trends and customer pain points to influence product strategy.

Are You the Right Fit?

• Experience: 3+ years in software engineering, solutions/product engineering, technical account management, or technical PM roles – ideally in B2B SaaS or AI environments; 1+ year of hands-on experience working with LLMs.
• Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with software integrations (ERP/TMS), SaaS systems; comfort designing APIs and integrations; familiarity with AI systems preferred.
• Customer-oriented: Excellent communication and empathy, with a track record in customer-facing roles.
• Problem‑Solver: Agile mindset, bias toward shipping fast, resourceful in ambiguous or evolving scenarios.
• Communication & Ownership: Strong verbal and written English; capable of articulating complex technical details to both customers and internal teams.
• Startup & Global Energy: Ideally international exposure or cross-cultural experience; excited to build in a lean, high‑impact environment.
• Customer-Facing & Technical: Able to run workshops and deliver tailored technical solutions onsite; deeply empathetic and articulate with enterprise clients.
